Flash Electric-less

If Flash ever runs out of electricty power, he turns into this.. Pretty much a monster...  He doesn't act like he normally does, he will be rude very rude, he is never happy, usually angry or just upset. When he needs to recharge with electricty he refuses.. Even if his friends try to help him, he will go away, and if they keep going well, he would hurt them...
